Travis serves CIOs and other business leaders to understand how business technology can propel their businesses in today's rapidly changing business world. Travis manages a team of high-caliber analysts who advise enterprises in China and around the globe on. application development, infrastructure and operations, enterprise architecture, B2C marketing, customer experience, and digital business. His research focuses on digital transformation, open source, Internet of Things and innovation. Travis came to Forrester from Oracle, where he served as director of insight and customer strategy and solved enterprise business issues with forward-looking strategies, architectural designs and financial analyses, in multiple industries. Prior to Oracle, Travis was director of software innovation and concepting with Microsoft, leading teams to pioneer cutting-edge technologies for mobile devices. He also spent five years working for PwC's PRTM Management Consulting, providing strategic advices to industry-leading clients. Before PwC, Travis worked at Motorola in various roles ranging from software engineer to program manager. Travis holds an MBA degree from the University of Chicago and a master's degree in electrical engineering from Florida Atlantic University.
